Job Summary: As a Financial Services Associate specializing in insurance and retirement planning, you will assist clients in assessing their financial needs, identifying suitable insurance products, and developing retirement strategies to meet their long-term goals. You will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice, promoting insurance solutions, and helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Consultation:
    • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
    • Assess their insurance coverage needs, including life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance.
    • Evaluate clients' retirement goals and provide recommendations for achieving them.


  1. Insurance Planning:
    • Analyze insurance options and recommend appropriate policies based on clients' needs.
    • Explain policy terms, coverage limits, and premium costs to clients.
    • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and underwriting processes.


  1. Retirement Planning:
    • Create comprehensive retirement plans that consider factors like retirement age, income sources, and investment strategies.
    • Provide guidance on retirement savings vehicles, such as IRAs, 401(k)s, annuities, and pension plans.
    • Monitor and adjust retirement plans as clients' circumstances change.


  1. Financial Product Sales:
    • Recommend suitable insurance and investment products to clients, including insurance policies and annuities.
    • Assist clients in opening and managing investment accounts.
    • Stay updated on the latest insurance and investment products and industry regulations.


  1. Risk Management:
    • Educate clients about the importance of risk management and the role of insurance in protecting their financial well-being.
    • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that clients' insurance coverage remains adequate as their circumstances evolve.


  1. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:


  • Insurance License (Required).
