Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the advisor's services, build brand awareness, and engage with clients and prospects. You will work closely with the advisor to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the financial services advisor to define marketing goals, target audience, and budget.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize marketing channels and tactics, such as digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.


  1. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create high-quality, relevant content that educates and informs clients and prospects about financial services and investment topics.



  1. Client Engagement:
    • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to maintain strong relationships and provide value-added services.
    • Create and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and updates to keep clients informed about market trends and financial advice.


  1. Branding and Reputation Management:
    • Build and maintain the financial services advisor's brand identity.
    • Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and credibility.


  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Collaborate with the advisor to create targeted marketing materials and offers to attract potential clients.


  1. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
    • Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry compliance standards and communicate any changes to the advisor.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


Career Progression:
